1: Coventry Food Truck Fest 2025 will be at Nathan Hale Middle School, Main St. Coventry, CT.
3: September 14th, 2025 which will be held in the village in the First Congregational Church lot. We are teaming up with Coventry Parks and Rec. for this one. The time will be at 11am-3pm for this event only. Set-up time 10am. Per Parks and Rec. and they expect 1,000 or so to come to this event.
2: The December 7th, 2025 event will be held at Patriot's Park as part of Christmas in The Village, where the Lion's Club of Coventry is hosting this event. Event time for this event is 12pm-4pm.
NO PARKING OR DRIVING ON GRASS AREAS
Gates open one hour before event set-up. Must be complete by the time the gates open to the public.
Entry Fee: 10$ per event except June 28th, 2025 check separate app for that date if you were sent one.
Applications must be submitted by December 1st, 2024 or we will be looking for other vendors.

All food vendors must also submit a Certificate of Insurance for events naming Coventry CT Cares, Inc. as an additional insured for these events. Food vendors must submit a printed menu for the event.
Your help in cleaning up your area after the even will be greatly appreciated. Per contract with the school we must leave the premises by 9pm on the Friday dates. 5pm on the Sunday date.
