Coventry Fireworks in the Park Food Vendor Application

Fee: 20% of Gross Sales

Fireworks in the park will be at Patriots Park on Lake Street, Coventry Ct.

Event Date: Saturday, June 28th 2025

Park opens at 5:00pm; Set-up must be complete by the time the gates open to the public at 6:00pm. 

Fireworks generally start at approximately 9:00pm

Booth breakdown will not be permitted until after the fireworks show is completed.

All food vendors must submit an application for a food service license to the Eastern Highlands Health district.

Food vendors must submit a complete printed menu. All food vendors must provide a certificate of insurance naming us as the co-insured on your insurance policy for that day, and food license at the time if application. 

The settle up date for paying the 20% or any other arrangements is July 15th, 2025. This is so we can close our books for the event.
